Retreats at the Ranch

Traveling north or south on Interstate 5: take Exit 736 for Hwy 89 Eastbound. On Hwy 89, drive to the town of McCloud. Turn right on Squaw Valley Road. We will provide more details instructions for entering the ranch after you book. Traveling by Air: Nearest airports: Redding, Medford and Sacramento. Please note, we do not offer shuttle service at this time. But you can contact Mount Shasta Taxi for rates and availability.

Early Bird Pricing: When you book we will collect a $500 deposit per person. The remainder of your payment will be due by September 15, 2023. We accept credit card, check, and cashiers check. Regular Pricing: For those that do not qualify for early bird pricing, the total amount of your reservation will be due at the time of booking.

Terms for Cancellation and Final Payment If we have to cancel for any reason up to 30 days before the event, we will offer you a full refund of your deposit, less the processing fee. Refunds for cancellations less than 30 days from the event date will be handled on a case by case basis. After 30 days, if you are unable to attend due to illness of a person or horse, we will offer a 50% refund on your deposit pending a vet/doctor's note. Final payment is due 30 days before the event. In the event of a cancellation after the final payment is made, the refund policy will apply to the deposit, and the final payment will be refunded at 50%, pending evaluation of the circumstances. We accept check, cashiers check, credit card payments.

We offer several accommodations for groups that want to stay together. Please contact us to find the best fit for you and your group.

Gosh! We would love to accommodate every dog, because we love dogs at the ranch! But, for this event, we will not be allowing dogs. Please check back for future dog-friendly events. Please reach out to us with questions regarding our policy or if you have a Registered Service Dog.

All of our accommodations are top of the line. Whether you are staying at the Timber Lodge, Bunk House or Arena Bungalow, you will experience only the finest room for your stay.

Willow Creek Ranch will supply most everything you need to be comfortable. But, I packing list for your trip would include: - Clothing for colder mornings and warm afternoons - Swimsuit - Hiking boots - Suntan lotion, bug spray (we will have some on site as well) Each of our rooms contains toiletries, robes, towels, and more. We'll offer snacks on site and three chef prepared meals per day.

Yes! Your horse gets to join in on the experience at the ranch. Please contact a booking specialist for more details.

If you do not have a horse or if you do not wish to travel with your horse, you can still engage in the all-inclusive activities included in the retreat. There is plenty to do during clinic time. We also have VERY LIMITED ranch horses that can be leased for an extra fee and are available on a first come first serve basis. Contact us for more information.

At this time, we are requiring: Influenza/Rhinopneumonitis (EH1 and EH4)/tetanus/Eastern and Western Sleeping Sickness (Encephalomyelitis). For more information please contact us.

Your horse will be hosted in our state-of-the-art barn which includes 11 stalls with padded floors, heated water, covered paddock spaces, automatic water and more. We will supply shavings and hay. Stall cleaning services can be arranged.

Yes, we will have ample secure space for your trailer. That being said, we will not be allowing people to stay in their trailers for the retreat. You will need to stay in one of our provided rooms.
