Lily

Tuff To Be a Star “Lily” is a small but mighty 4 year old filly.

Lily has been at the ranch since March 2023 and has been a blast to train.  She has been shown in the ranch riding, ridden outside extensively, worked cattle, and has some fun buttons in the arena. She is the quietest minded sale horse we have in the barn. Give her a week off and hop on- she is the same horse every time. Though extremely athletic, Lily doesn’t mind taking it easy and cruising down the trail.  

Our vet has advised that Lily will not be suitable for a performance home without some maintenance. She has been ridden quite hard in her time here and has been 100% sound, but the vet is not sure if she will hold up to a rigorous performance/training lifestyle.  

Lily has a great set of papers and would be an ideal broodmare prospect.

Additionally, given her quiet mind she is totally suitable for an amateur rider that wants to do trails and light arena work. Her career is in no way over, there just may be some limitations. We love Lily and want to find her a home that will treat her like gold.
